Nestled at 1500 meters, in the small mountain resort of Les Masses, the newly renovated restaurant O Bois Sauvage welcomes gourmets in a chic and cosy atmosphere. The restaurant, with its large windows, enjoys a vast panorama of the Val d'Hérens, while the sunny terrace offers a magnificent view of the Dent Blanche, the Matterhorn and the Grande Dixence dam. The establishment is located 250 meters from the Les Masses chairlift which leads to the heart of the Thyon-4 Vallées ski area and allows you to take a gourmet break or have a drink in the sun during the winter.
The young chef, Kevin Villaret, passionate about cooking, offers a gourmet cuisine with excellent products and highlights the treasures of the Valais according to the seasons. He has made his entry in the Gault & Millau with the note of 13/20. The bar offers a selection of local beers and excellent local and international Swiss wines.
