The carnotzet is the place to be for an aperitif or a coffee! On cooler evenings, this friendly bistro invites you to spend an evening by the fireplace or to hang out with friends over a glass of Valais wine.
Our wine list, l'ivresse des sommets, offers you a choice of good grape varieties grown at altitude.
We also serve traditional Swiss and Valaisan dishes to delight all palates and desires and to help you discover local products.

In homage to the founder of the Kurhaus, we have chosen the name of Honorine for this historic dining room which transports you to the beginning of the century.
Its nostalgic and timeless atmosphere is a perfect conclusion to your day in Arolla.
Our chef offers you dishes that combine delicacy and balance and a varied choice of flavours according to the seasons.
We do not forget the local products and do our best to make sure you have a delicious evening.
